Fred Starnes, 44, of Ninety Six has gone missing according to family members and relatives

Greenwood law enforcement, family members and friends are searching the Upstate for a missing man who suffers from a severe medical condition. Fred Starnes, 44, of Ninety Six, has been missing since 1:30pm Thursday afternoon according to family members and relatives. Starnes is driving a 2004 gold Dodge Dakota truck with tinted windows and a Carolina sticker on the back bottom right corner of the rear window. The truck also has a diamond plate bedrails. Starnes has Multiple Sclerosis and has recently suffered a stroke.

He is 5'7 and 207lbs wearing a gray long sleeve T-shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. Police are currently searching the area for Starnes, but so far have not had any success finding him.
