Honea Path Rescue Squad Under Investigation

The Honea Path Rescue Squad is under investigation for "questionable expenses," according to David King, Honea Path Police Chief. The rescue squad uses taxpayer funds, so Chief King has been in contact with county officials. King says he cannot comment on what kind of expenses are under investigation because it's still ongoing. He expects it take a long period of time. We'll post any new information here on wspa.com.
