The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday at a residence on North Cherokee Ford Road, near Blacksburg. Cherokee County authorities said that two people were transported by ambulance to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. It was not immediately clear about what led to the incident or if anyone has been arrested.
