The South Carolina Public Service Commission has scheduled public hearings for Duke Energy Carolinas application to adjust and increase its electric rates and charges. Two public hearings are scheduled for the Upstate: The first is Monday at Greenville County Council Chambers, 301 University Ridge, Suite 2400 and the second is Tuesday at Spartanburg County Administration Building, 366 North Church Street, Council Chambers. Both meetings are scheduled for 6pm.
A public hearing was held in Greenwood last week.
