Jeffrey Jennings appeared in a Greenville County courtroom Tuesday morning and pled guilty to murder charges. Judge William Jeffrey Young from Sumter sentenced Jennings to life without parole.

On Tuesday, man accused of killing two people then fleeing to Tennessee is expected to plead guilty to murder. Investigators said Jeffrey Jennings gunned down Deran Marquis Jamison at his home on Boling Road in Taylors in September 2008.
Jamison was a football coach for children in the neighborhood. Two days after Jamison was murdered, investigators said Jennings killed Lane Holcombe during an armed robbery in Myrtle Beach.
