Spartanburg Public Safety Searching For Bank Robber Friday

Spartanburg County 911 operators say the BB&T bank branch on W.O. Ezell Boulevard was robbed Friday morning. Spartanburg Public Safety says a man entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

Spartanburg County 911 operators say the BB&T bank branch on W.O. Ezell Boulevard was robbed Friday morning.

Spartanburg Public Safety says a man entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. The suspect did not show a weapon.

The suspect is a white man, who was 35-45 years old, 6'0" with a stocky build and a goatee who was wearing a hat and thick glasses.
The suspect left the area heading west on W.O. Ezell in a burgundy colored SUV.

The BB&T branch manager sent survelliance photos to Spartanburg Public Saety officers to help with the investigation.
