After a day of sunshine, rain has returned to the Carolinas Wednesday.
Storm Team 7 Meteorologist Dan Bickford says rain is likely Wednesday and will heavy in some areas, but will taper off to scattered light rain and drizzle for tonight.
High temperatures will occur Wednesday morning with temperatures expected to fall into the lower 50s by this afternoon.
The National Weather Service has canceled a flood watch for northeast Georgia along with the Oconee, Pickens, Anderson, Abbeville, Laurens and Greenwood counties in South Carolina.
