Asheville Police are seeking help in finding a man suspected in larceny and credit card theft.
According to the Asheville Police Department, the incident happened at 60 Church Street shortly after 11 am at a business. Authorities say that the victim put her purse in her office before going to conduct other business. One day later, the victim's husband received a phone call from a credit card company notifying them of several attempts at large purchases.
The victim also discovered that cash was missing from her purse.
Asheville Police obtained surveillance video of a suspect trying to use the victim's card at an ATM at Oak Plaza about 11:55 on the day it was stolen.
