A Seneca man charged with murdering his family and staying with the bodies is found not guilty by reason of insanity.
Investigators say in 2006, Jason Mark Carter shot his Mother and Step-Father to death.
Investigators say he stayed with their bodies for days, even sleeping next to them.
In January a judge found Carter competent to stand trial.
Carter is diagnosed as schizophrenic .
At a hearing today, a doctor said he's still dangerous and may never get out of the hospital.
Carter will be brought back to court in 120 days for another hearing.
