Kevin Dill has been released from the hospital and is in the Spartanburg County Detention Center. The solicitor's office says Dill is scheduled for a bond hearing at 2 p.m.

A memorial service for Zion Mills was held Monday night at the Calvary Chapel in Greer.
A good number of the teen's friends showed up to show support for her family, and remember the 17 year old.
District 5 Superintendent Dr. Scott Turner says preparations were made to help Byrnes students cope with the death of Mills. He says psychologists and extra counselors were on hand Monday morning. Dr. Turner says teachers have been trained in how to respond to the needs of their students.
A 20 year old Upstate man is charged with felony DUI after trooper say he was at the wheel of the truck involved in the crash. The South Carolina Highway Patrol says Kevin Dill of Lyman was driving his pickup truck on Highway 29 when he lost control of it and it flipped over.
17 year old Zion Faith Mills of Lyman was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the cab of the pickup. She died from her injuries.
There were also 3 people in the bed of the pickup truck--they were also ejected, but survived.
Spartanburg District 5 says Zion was a Senior at Byrnes High School.
Friends left flowers and a balloon in memory of Zion Mills at the accident site.
