The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office arrested a man after an alleged incident Friday afternoon at a home on Goldmine Road.
Deputies arrested 38-year old Kenneth Dean Robbs and charged him with two counts of simple assault, one count of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and one count of pointing and presenting a firearm.
According to a report from our coverage partners at the Spartanburg Herald-Journal, witnesses told deputies that Robbs and another man were drinking and taking pills when an argument began. In the process, the report states that a fight ensued and escalated when Robbs allegedly struck a 19-year old man in the face with his fists, put his hands around the neck of a 14-year old girl and hit her twice and began to fight with her father, a 36-year old man, whom he allegedly bit him on the lip, chased him with a baseball bat and pointed a shotgun at him.
Robbs was released from the Spartanburg County Detention Center Saturday on $7,000 bond.
