Greenville Sheriff's Office says they haves arrested 17 year old Edwin Junior Rosario in connection to a series of armed robberies of convenience stores that began October 22.
They say they were able to determine through video surveillance and witness accounts that Rosario was responsible for the following robberies:
Lil' Cricket on White Horse Rd.
Quick Stop on Cedar Lane Rd.
Lil' Cricket on Old Agusta Rd.
Kangaroo on Rutherford Rd.
Cracker Jacks on Pendleton St.
Deputies say in each robbery Rosario pointed a handgun at the clerks and demanded money.
Rosario has also been charged in a home invasion that occurred on October 25 at Haynesworth Rd. Deputies say Rosario and at least one other individual forced entry into the victim's home while the victim was sleeping and attempted to steal a set of car rims.
Rosario has been charged with six offenses of armed robbery, six offense of possession of a weapon during a violent crime and one offense each of Burglary 1 and criminal conspiracy.
Rosario is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center on "No Bond"
