More than 16,000 students in Pickens County head back to class Tuesday. Wildlife workers have been hard at work removing bats from the area around Gettys Middle School in Easley.
The Pickens County School District postponed classes to allow crews to finish construction on ten of 15 schools. Students will find more high tech classrooms.
Teachers will soon have their voices projected from the ceiling thanks to new equipment.
