Lt. Holcombe with Greer Police says a missing man from Greenville county walked into the emergency room naked and covered in electrical burns over 90 percent of his body.
Holcombe said Joseph Asher said he chased a rabbit into a Duke Power substation and was shocked.
Police say it happened on South Buncombe Road across from Greer Memorial Hospital.
The burned remains of the man's clothes were found near the power station.
The man was airlifted to Augusta, Georgia where he is being treated for the burns.
Asher's wife told police he had been missing for 3 days.
