A jury found Kenneth Smith of murder Thursday afternoon.
Smith shot and killed 18 year old Jerry De La Rosa in March of 2008.
The teen died at the hospital after being shot in the chest at the "Fast Point Store" on Hayne Street.
Police say the shooting happened when De La Rosa and his brother got into a fight over a pistol with two other men at the store.
