Kids from all over the Upstate are getting a chance this weekend to live out their fantasies.
Look in any kid’s toy box and you’re sure to find a couple of construction vehicles. For a small fee, area children will get a chance to operate heavy construction equipment like bull dozers, excavators, and dump trucks thanks to the Subway Big Dig.
Proceeds from the Subway Big Dig in Greer will benefit the Goodwill Foundation.
Tickets for the Subway Big Dig are $5 in advance or $7 at the gate, which you can get at local Bi-Lo stores or on the Subway Big Dig website. .
Besides the more than 50 pieces of heavy construction equipment, the event will include K-9 demonstrations, military vehicle displays, making cement equipment, and much more.
