**Tuesday Morning Update**

Four people have been arrested for their roles in a video that was posted on the internet featuring Fountain Inn and what was believed to be guns.

News Channel 7 has confirmed Michael Lemar Cunningham, 25, of Fountain Inn, Jermel Denzel Pyles, 17, of Fountain Inn and Fredricous Quintez Mccoy, 18, of Simpsonville, are each charged with one count of unlawful possession of a machine gun, sawed-off shotgun or rifle.

Michael E. Sullivan Jr., 22, of Simpsonville, was charged with unlawfully carrying a pistol.

Sullivan was released on bond Tuesday morning. The other three suspects were released on September 17 and 18 on $10,000 surety bonds.

Original Story

Its an online video--showing a group of young people flashing money and guns.

Now police are trying to find out if some of those in the video committed a crime.

The video--titled "In my hood 44" was viewed more than 4-thousand times before it was removed from YouTube.

Fountain Inn police say some of those in the video appear to be flashing gang signs.

Officers say the makers of the video do not face any wrongdoing, but those in the video holding unlicensed weapons may.

We spoke with one of the young men who claims to have made the video.

Jay Sullivan told NewsChannel 7, "Even though we were showing kind of a little bit of trouble in the video--it was part of the song."

He continued, "A lot of people started showing up that we really didn't know--I guess it got out of hand with the gang signs."

He says what was meant to be a rap video to launch some music careers turned into something more thorny.

Sullivan also claims not all the guns in the video are real.

Police say that will have to be sorted out with the Solicitor who presses charges. The Fountain Inn police chief tells us a number of the young people in the video have been identified and are not licensed to have weapons.
