Greer police say the pedestrian was hit around 10:30 Thursday night at the intersection of Buncombe Street and Brushy Creek Road.
We're told a man was hit by a passenger van and was airlifted to the hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries.
The road is now clear.
It is unknown if the driver will face any charges.
