A man is under arrest after authorities say he sexually assaulted two minors and used a dog lesh during one of the alleged attacks.

The Greenville County Sheriff's Office arrested 58-year old Marshall DeWitt McGaha, of Greenville, and charged him with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years of age, two counts of committing lewd acts upon a child under 16 years of age and one count of unlawful neglect of a child.

According to the Greenville County Sheriff's Office, the charges stem from incidents which occurred between March 14, 2009 and August 11, 2010. The Sheriff's Office says that deputies responded to the home on August 15 and upon further investigation, investigators determined that two minors were sexually assaulted by McGaha between those dates.

According to arrest warrants, McGaha performed sexual acts upon the minors by inappropriately touching them. One warrant states that McGaha wrapped a leash around one of the victim's neck and forced the victim back into the residence by using the leash.

McGaha is currently being held at the Greenville County Detention Center being held without bond.
