According to the Spartanburg Sherriff’s Office thirty three year old Samuel Hess is facing multiple charges after he wrestled with several Ingles grocery store employee’s and then bit one of them. A deputy was working at Ingles when he found two store managers wrestling with Hess on the floor… the deputy then restrained him. Deputies say the scuffle was all over steaks… that Huss was attempting to steal. Hess is charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest, and shoplifting.
