Fountain Inn, SC: D&W Fine Pack announces that it is locating its corporate headquarters in Fountain Inn, SC. D&W Fine Pack is the culmination of the recent mergers of, Dispoz-o Products, Wilkinson Industries and C&M Fine Pack; three of the leading independent packaging firms in the United State. The new corporate headquarters will be located in the Dispoz-o Products facility in Fountain Inn, SC.

D&W Fine Pack will have combined annual revenues in excess of $300 million making it one of the largest packaging firms in the nation. The company will maintain its 2.0 million square feet of manufacturing facilities throughout the United States in San Bernardino, California, Fort Calhoun, Nebraska, Fort Wayne, Indiana and Fountain Inn, South Carolina as well as its distribution facilities in Houston, Texas and Los Angeles, California.

“The decision to locate our corporate headquarters in Fountain Inn was a strategic one based on several factors” stated Joseph Lancia, President and CEO, “First and foremost was the physical plant. The Fountain Inn location was best suited to accommodate our senior management team and all of the support staff that will be required to continue the success of each of our brands. In addition, the economic environment of South Carolina and our region in particular was a major factor in our final decision.”

The new corporate headquarters will require the addition of approximately fifteen (15) new positions in sales, marketing, customer service and accounting. In addition, twenty five (25) new manufacturing jobs will be created. And a total of another five (5) senior management team members will relocate to the Fountain Inn area.

Lancia also stated, “We have already started reassigning some of our existing office space and have plans to expand the facility to allow for the additional employees that will be joining our firm. This is not just positive and exciting news for D&W Fine Pack, this is a tremendous economic win for the entire upstate of South Carolina.”

D&W Fine Pack will maintain three distinct brands. The Dispoz-o brand includes disposable cutlery, cutlery kits, straws, foam products and a biodegradable line of disposable products, enviroware™. The Wilkinson brand includes clear plastic deli containers, hinged containers, platters, bowls, aluminum foil, pans, pie plates and a compostable PLA line of products, NaturesPLAstics®.
