SC Supreme Court Suspends Landrum Attorney's License

The SC Supreme Court has suspended the license of Landrum attorney Michael James Sarratt until further order.
In January, investigators with Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Sarratt with simple assault following what they say was a disturbance at Mary Black Hospital.
Sarratt is out of jail on a $1,000 bond.
The court ordered that attorney Carlos Johnson handle Sarratt's client files, trust accounts, escrow accounts, operating accounts, and any other law office accounts until further notice.
