Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office Armed Robbery Unit are analyzing surveillance video from the Li'l Cricket on White Horse Road to see if it could be related to several other armed robberies in the area.
In this 7 On Your Side Crime Tracker Alert, the robbery happened Tuesday, January 26 just after 8 p.m. on 6008 White Horse Road near Page Drive. The clerk says three men walked into the store and demanded money from the register. She state that one of them pointed a pistol at her. The clerk handed them the money that was in the register and they ran off. Later investigators discovered that a vehicle may have been located behind the store.
Suspect Descriptions:
Suspect 1: Black male wearing blue jeans and a very large black t-shirt with a long sleeve yellow or tan shirt underneath and tan leather boots. His head was covered in a white wrap and black bandana. He had an average build and his age is unknown.
Suspect 2: Black male wearing long sleeve black shirt and dark shoes. His face was covered in a black ski mask. He had a slender build and his age is unknown. He held a pistol in his right hand.
Suspect 3: Black male wearing black short sleeve shirt, black pants and black shoes with a ski mask.
Investigators believe the robberies could be linked to previous armed robberies at two area Spinx stations. The Spinx at 3815 White Horse Road was robbed on January 20, and the Spinx on 94 Allen Street was robbed on January 21.
