A man is recovering after a fire burned his home.
Flames had engulfed the mobile home at 202 Pecan Drive in Anderson County when fire crews arrived around one o'clock Thursday morning.
News Channel 7 shot exclusive video of the scene showing half of the home collapsed. Firefighters said they found a man lying in the yard. The victim was rushed to AnMed Health. We don't know his name or how it started.
Firefighters say the flames were even more dangerous in this case, because of a live power line on the ground at the house.
Officials don't know what caused the fire and were expected to return to the scene for further investigation Thursday afternoon.
