An Upstate man pleaded guilty to insurance fraud in Spartanburg County Wednesday, according to a release from the Insurance News Service.
Mark Wingo, 40, pleaded guilty to present false claims.
Wingo is sentenced to 30 days in jail. Wingo will serve the time concurrently to an unrelated six-month sentence for failure to pay child support.
