A man is recovering in the hospital after a crash early Thursday morning.
A Dodge Durango was headed north on SC Highway 20 when it left the pavement near Big Creek Road in Anderson County around 1:30 a.m.
Authorities told News Channel 7, the truck hit a tree trapping the driver inside for over an hour. Once freed, the man was flown to Greenville Hospital System. Information on his condition has not been released.
