Spartanburg County Sheriff’s deputies didn’t file any charges in a case when a car was apparently vandalized with cupcakes.

The deputy was called to a home on Avalon Court in Inman Wednesday. A woman said she got into an argument with a man who began rubbing cupcakes on her car.

Another person came off the porch of the home and kicked the car during the argument. A mirror on the car was also broken while cupcakes were being smeared on the vehicle.

The two suspects were believed to be drinking. One of them was highly intoxicated according to the SCSO incident report.

No charges were filed in the incident according to the report.

The flavor of the cupcakes involved in the reported vandalism wasn't noted.
