Cherokee County deputies say a 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged after firing a gun into the ceiling of a club.
Terry Wayne Phillips, 31, of Gaffney was seen pulling out a large silver pistol and shooting it inside Richard's Club on Old Georgia Highway early Monday morning, according to an incident report.
Investigators say they saw the vehicle Phillips was seen leaving from the club. They pulled over the car and made an arrest.
Phillips already had a warrant out for his arrest. He is now charged with discharging a firearm into a business.
