Christina Hudson, the driver charged with felony DUI resulting in death following a wreck in Spartanburg County last month was in court for a bond hearing Thursday.

Hudson's bond was denied.

Officials say Christina Hudson of Spartanburg County has been charged in a deadly wreck that happened last month.

Hudson is charged with felony DUI resulting in death, two counts of felony dui resulting in great bodily injury, driving under suspension, violating ABC liquor laws and a seatbelt violation.

One person has been killed as a result of a three car wreck in Spartanburg County Monday afternoon.

Spartanburg County Coroner Rusty Clevenger said that Shirley Aileen Sayre, 67, of Wellford, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to Lance Cpl. Billy Elder of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, two vehicles were traveling west on Drayton Road when they collided. One of the vehicle went into the eastbound lane and struck another car head-on. The passenger in the eastbound vehicle, identified as Sayre, was killed.

Two other drivers and a passenger were injured and taken to Spartanburg Regional.

The accident remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol M.A.I.T. team. Elder said that further details regarding the wreck will be released when the investigation concludes.
