One person is dead after a one car wreck in Greenville County.
The wreck happened at 6:15 p.m. Friday night on Jonesville Road at Stokes Road, near the city of Simpsonville.
According to Lance Cpl. Bill Rhyne of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the driver of a 2006 Chrysler 300 sedan was going south on Jonesville Road when the car entered a curve and ran off the right side of the roadway. The car struck an embankment and then overturned, causing the driver to be ejected.
The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, Rhyne said.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office says 32 year old John Allen Cutler of Simpsonville was killed in the crash. They say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
