Firefighters from nine departments responded to a home on Ben Hurt Road Extension Saturday night . The massive fire destroyed the home near Lyman Lake in Spartanburg County. Captain Patton with the Holly Springs Fire Department says the fire is considered undetermined because of the severity of the damage. The home owners were not at home at the time of the fire. However two of their dogs were killed in the fire. Patton says the fire is still under investigation.
