Officers in Hendersonville are searching for a suspect they say was involved in a bank robbery Wednesday afternoon.

Hendersonville Police say a white male came into the Macon Bank on Spartanburg Highway with a gun and got away with cash.

Officials are searching for the man along Highway 25 and I-26.

Investigators say he got away in a blue newer model Chevy Camaro with Georgia plates.

No one was injured during the robbery.
