A New Year's bungee jump in Zimbabwe over crocodile infested water went horribly wrong, and it was all caught on camera.
Erin Langworthy's bungee cord snapped, sending her plummeting head-first into the raging river below.
She blacked out, but the icy water snapped her out of it.
Then she had to swim to safety with her legs still bound, and even untangle the trailing bungee cord which snagged the rocks behind her.
Fortunately, she made it to the riverbank where she waited to be rescued.
"When I was first pulled out of the water, they put me on my back, and so all the water that I'd inhaled meant that I couldn't breathe, so I made them roll me on to my side, and that's when I started coughing out water and blood," Langworthy explained.
Erin was covered in bruises, but had no major injuries, and she did have to spend a week in the hospital.
The bungee company said the broken equipment has been replaced.
