A North Carolina job fair is scheduled for Thursday in Forest City.
The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers is holding its first job fair and industry night.
Job openings include electricians, carpenters, drywall installers, framers, general laborers and helpers.
If you are interested in applying, the job faire starts at 6 p.m. in the parking lot inside Gate 2 at the Project Andale on the corner of Old Caroleen Road and Highway 74. Organizers say the event will last until applicants stop coming.
Hot coffee will be provided.
