Chilly Weather Forecast For Friday, Winds Leave Hundreds Without Power

Storm Team 7 Weather

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Sunny skies with breezy conditions and cold temperatures are in the forecast for Friday. Highs will be in the 30s in the Mountains and mid 40s for the Upstate. Winds will be out of the west-southwest at 15-25 miles per hour, making it feel colder than it is.

Temps will warm slightly this weekend with plenty of sunshine. Our next chance for rain comes Tuesday.

Hundreds of Duke Energy customers were without power on Thursday night and Friday morning because of the wind. Greenville, Anderson, and Oconee Counties were the hardest hit. We've heard reports of downed trees across the area.
