Troopers Investigating A Fatal Collision In Laurens County

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in Laurens County.

Troopers say that a 2008 Kia was traveling on SC 14 when it collided with a 1999 Chrysler at Old Laurens Road.

Two people were in the Kia the driver was air lifted to Greenville Memorial and the passenger passed away on scene.

The person in the Chrysler was taken to Laurens County EMS.
The names of the deceased has not been released. The SC Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.
