Anderson County Sheriff's deputies are looking for two men who robbed a convenience store late Monday afternoon.
Sheriff's Office spokesman Chad McBride said that two men entered the Citgo at 337 E. Shockley Ferry Road around 4:15 p.m. and used a handgun to rob a clerk. The two men then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Deputies used K-9 officers to search for the suspects around the store, but were unsuccessful. McBride could not say whether the suspects fled in a vehicle or on foot.
The men were both wearing white ski masks. One of the suspects was wearing all black, while the other was wearing a gold jacket and black pants.
If anyone has any information about the robbery, they are asked to call the Sheriff's Office at (864) 260-4400 or Anderson Area Crime Stoppers at (888) CRIME-SC.
