Move over, Mr. Angus. There is a new, smaller breed of cattle in the Upstate that promises more beef for less buck.In the aptly-named town of Cowpens, there is a farm owned by a man named Charles Townson.
He says he has found a compact, more fuel-efficient breed of cattle.
They’re called Dexter cows, but they’re not the only unusual creature to roam the farm.
