Deputies Search For Suspected Drug Trafficker

Spartanburg County Deputies are searching for a Chesnee man wanted for trafficking drugs after serving a search warrant on his home and finding more than 10 grams of crack and cocaine.
Deputies say William Harry Ried, 41, has several prior drug convictions.

Chesnee man charged after search of residence
Narcotic agents with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office found methamphetamine, cocaine and crack while searching a Chesnee residence.
Officers executed a search warrant at about 11:41 a.m. Wednesday at 223 Sequoyah Drive, Chesnee. Reid was the focus of the investigation and was not at home when officers served the search warrant.
Warrants have been signed against 41-year-old William Henry Reid for trafficking methamphetamine more than 10 grams, trafficking cocaine more than 10 grams, and possession of crack with intent to distribute.
Reid has several prior drug convictions.
