Part of a major interchange in the Upstate was closed for more than six hours early Tuesday morning after a tractor-trailer wrecked just off Interstate 85 in Greenville County.
An 18-wheeler - carrying frozen chicken - tipped over on the I-385 southbound interchange with southbound I-85 just after midnight. The Highway Patrol closed that section of the interchange at Exit 51 until the wreck was cleared just after 6:30am.
Troopers ticketed the driver of the tractor-trailer for traveling too fast for conditions.
