Dog Owner Arrested After Pit Bull Bites Officer

Seneca Police have arrested the owner of a pit bull, after the dog bit an officer. Brandon Simpson has been charged with failing to confine a dangerous animal.  Seneca Police says one of its officers was bitten, while responding to a complaint.  The officer will be fine.  The dogs have been quarantined by Oconee County Animal Control.
