EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Carjacked SUV Abandoned in Spartanburg

Late Tuesday night, police began their search for a carjacker who they say beat up a man and took his SUV at gunpoint. Spartanburg Public Safety told News Channel 7, someone took a black BMW X5 late Thursday night on Howard Street. Around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday morning they tried to stop the vehicle on Hugh Street.
Police found the BMW abandoned at Cleveland and Front Streets and combed the neighborhood but did not find the carjacker. The SUV hit another parked car. The victim is alright.
