Good Samaritan Comes Forward to Help Police Investigate Deadly Greenville Ambulance Crash
The man police call a good samaritan following a fatal ambulance accident comes forward.
Greenville Police are still investigating the crash. The ambulance hit 46-year-old Oscar Whitner while he was walking. Whitner died at the hospital of his injuries.
Police spent Tuesday afternoon working with the good samaritan to recreate the accident.
They say he was following the ambulance when the crash happened, then pulled over to block the road so no one else could collide with the ambulance or victim.
