Graham Announces Funding For Greenville Downtown Airport

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham announced nearly one million dollars in grants Thursday will be used to upgrade an airport in the Upstate.
The Greenville Downtown Airport will be getting a $949,473 grant - from the U.S. Department of Transportation - to rehabilitate the south aircraft parking apron.
Graham announced more than $7.6 million in grants for airports in South Carolina.
The Charleston County Aviation Authority will receive a $4,988,155 grant for runway rehabilitation at Charleston Executive Airport.
Lancaster County will receive a $1,753,675 grant for runway rehabilitation at Lancaster County-McWhirter Field.
