Holiday Festivities At Cowpens Will Go On As Scheduled

The Cowpens National Battlefield say all events and activities schedule for Friday will go on as planned.  The NewsChannel 7 newsroom has received many telephone calls from viewers who are asking if they will be safe at this event due to the homicides in Cherokee County. Officials with the National Park Service say local law enforcement officers will be present along with law enforcement from the National Park Service.
