It’s that time of the year again to make new years resolutions.

Unfortunately more times than not, we don’t keep those goals we set out to do.  That is until this year.

With some help from ehow.com, you’ll be able to set and keep your new years resolution in five easy steps.

First, aim low.  Instead of having a huge goal, like entering a bodybuilding competition, just try to lose a few pounds and tone up.

Second, don’t overload yourself, pick one resolution.

Third, tell everyone you know.

Fourth, reward yourself.  Give yourself a treat along the way for sticking to your resolution.

Fifth, for you procrastinators out there, you don’t have to start your New Year’s resolutions on January 1st.  You can start it whenever it’s best for you.

Hopefully with this help, 2009 will be the year you made your resolution stick!
