The South Carolina Supreme Court has issued a ruling detailing how jurors can use personal communication devices.  Justice Jean Toal says in the order issued that she felt that with the increased use of pagers, cell phones, and other personal communication devices in courtrooms that more direction was needed.  She lays out specific instructions for the court.
