Man Charged in Greenville Burglaries After Chase

Deputies have tracked down a man they say is charged in mulitple burglaries and grand larceny cases. Robert Christopher Clardy was taken into custody this morning by the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office.  They say he led deputies on a chase, in a stolen vehicle, before wrecking the car and taking off on foot.  He was captured and taken to Greenville Memorial for minor injuries. Deputies say Clardy was also wanted for three other burglaries in Greenville County.
