Murder charges have been dismissed against a man who was accused of shooting someone after a fight at a party.  It happened on Ora Vista Brae, which is near Edwards Lake Road in Greenville County, in December 2006.  Deputies said a fight broke out at a party, and Christopher Spicer was fatally shot.  Gregory Duncan was arrested and charged with murder.  Those charges were dismissed Thursday because a judge ruled Duncan acted in self-defense.  13th Circuit Solicitor Bob Ariail plans to fight the dismissal.
