NC Man Faces More Charges In Abduction Of Daughters
Published: October 4, 2009
CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A North Carolina man charged in the abduction of his two daughters - including a 12-year-old who is eight months pregnant - now faces rape and incest charges.
The Charlotte Observer reported Sunday that the 40-year-old man is charged in Lincoln County with indecent liberties with a child, first-degree rape and felony incest between near relatives. The Associated Press does not identify alleged victims of sexual assault and is not naming the man to avoid identifying his daughter.
He is already charged with child neglect and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The girls’ mother reported them missing last month when the 12-year-old failed to show for a doctor’s appointment. The Tennessee Highway Patrol said troopers arrested the man last week.

What is TRULY disturbing is that the MOTHER obviously had no clue what was going on. It is the young girls STEP FATHER that got her pregnant and I can’t believe the mother allowed a 12 year old to have the child in the first place a WONDERFUL example she is for her 10 or 11 year old sister. This whole family seems to be too inbread to know what is right and what is so very wrong.I think Social Services has yet let another young child down by NOT REMOVING her from an insestuious situation that had to have been know by someone other then the child who is pregnant and the step father who got her pregnant.Uneducated people REALLY do not need to have children period it takes MONEY not just love in this society to raise and provide for children.
This is a very sick man. They should throw the book at him.. This is a nice way of me saying this!!!
